自拟除湿活血汤治疗复杂性肛瘘术后疼痛、水肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿活血汤治疗复杂性肛瘘术后疼痛、水肿的临床效果。方法:将206例复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组103例,对照组103例。治疗组给予除湿活血汤坐浴治疗,对照组给予0.02%高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗。14d为一疗程,结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗组临床症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:除湿活血汤治疗复杂性肛瘘术后疼痛、水肿症状有明显的临床效果。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of dehumidification decoction in the treatment of complex anal fistula, postoperative pain, edema. Methods： 206 cases of complex anal fistula patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 103 cases in the control group of 103 cases. Treatment group was given a the dehumidification Huoxue decoction both treatment and control group were given 0.02% potassium permanganate solution bath treatment. 14 days for a course, after the effects were evaluated. Results： The clinical improvement of treatment group were better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The dehumidification decoction in the treatment of complex anal fistula, postoperative pain, edema and symptoms of clinical effect.
