摘　　要：胃痛,又称为"胃脘痛",指患者以脘腹部疼痛为主要症状,多伴有脘腹部的痞满,嗳腐吞酸,不思饮食等的症状一种临床常见病。因其发病的病因多与不良饮食有关,故而常反复发作,且发病率高。笔者采用足三里穴位注射治疗瘀血型胃痛,疗效显著。Stomach pain, also known as ＂epigastric pain＂,refers to patients with abdominal pain in the abdomen as the main symptom, often accompanied with abdominal fullness, aifu tunsuan, not eating and other symptoms, recurrent, and a high incidence. Zu San Li point injection was used in treating the type of stomach bleeding and was proved to be effective.
