摘 要:为飞机整体壁板战伤应急胶接修理提出了波纹板补强方案,该方案改善了补片与其周围壁板间的刚度匹配,使被修复壁板承载能力得以提高,且无须改变原有的胶接修理工艺及胶粘剂。Integral panel is widely used on modern aircraft that tends to be damaged in wartime. It is necessary to make rapid emergency repair so as to restore the battle\|damaged aircraft to required mission capability within limited time. In this paper, a corrugated\|patch\|reinforced scheme is developed for bond repair on holes of battle\|damaged integral panel of an aircraft, which makes both the rigidity matching between patch and panel around the patch well improved and the bearing capacity of repaired integral\|panel\|structure maximally enhanced. This scheme is designed to reach the best rigidity matching through the optimization of amplitude of corrugated patch. Compared to plate\|patch scheme as well as rivet scheme, the scheme herein is effective and simple. The original bond\|repair technology and the used adhesive need not be changed over, thus expedient repair of damaged integral panel during wartime can be fulfilled on site of combat. The methodology has been tested in the repair of J\|X fighter and proved to be a success.
