摘　　要：从作者、编审队伍的培养，专题栏目的策划、各种学术会议的组织等视角探讨了科技期刊的特点，并在推行数字化建设、流通体系、期刊标准化工作等方面分析了提高科技期刊影响力的策略。This paper discusses the characters of technical journals from different points of view, such as the authors and the edits training, column planning, academic conference organizing. The author puts forward the improving strategy of the technical journal influence by the analysis of the digitization construction, the circulation system, the journal standardization work.
