摘 要:目的对构建的护士长绩效评价指标进行权重赋值,以评定各指标的重要性。方法对15名专家共进行2轮咨询,应用层次分析法进行权重系数的初始与归一化,确定指标的最终权重。结果专家的积极性系数在88%以上,权威系数为0.76;共形成4个一级指标,16个二级指标;4个一级指标中客户和内部流程维度所占比重较大,权重值均为0.33,财务、学习与成长维度次之,权重值均为0.17。结论评价护士长绩效时,应注重各评价指标的重要性,依据其权重值予以公平公正的考核。Objective To weigh the head nurse performance evaluation index system, and to assess the importance of every index. Methods Fifteen experts were consulted twice for construction of the head nurse performance evaluation index system, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed to bestow weights of the indexes. Results Enthusiasm coefficient of experts was above 88 % and authority coefficient was 0.76. The final version included 4 first-level indexes, and 16 second-level indexes. Among firstlevel indexes, the customers and internal process dimensions had largest weight of 0.33, followed by financial, learning and growing dimensions, which both weighed 0.17. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the importance of every evaluation index before fairly assessing the weights of the evaluation indexes measuring head nurses' performance.
