摘　　要：乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）检测是临床诊断乙型肝炎病毒感染的诊断指标,也是输血前检查的重要指标之一,国内主要采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）一步法,《中华人民共和国药典》2010版三部（生物制品）2010年7月1日正式实施。[Objective]To explore the HBV-DNA levels in serum and saliva of hepatitis B patients,and provide clinical evidence for HBV spreading by saliva[Methods]Real-time PCR was adopted for the determination of HBV-DNA levels in serum and saliva of hepatitis B patients.[Results]The positive rate of in serum and saliva of 99 cases of hepatitis B patients was 90.9%（90 cases） and 65.7 %（65 cases）.[Conclusion]The difference of HBV-DNA positive rate between serum and saliva of hepatitis B patients is significant（P0.01）,and HBV-DNA levels in serum and saliva showed a significant positive correlation（r=0.82）.
