摘  要:目的调查2008-2010年无锡市第二人民医院院洋葱伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia Cepacia,BC)的临床分布状况和耐药特点。方法对该院各类临床标本中分离到的72株BC株用VITEKⅡ全自动微生物鉴定和药敏系统进行鉴定和药敏试验,用WHONET 5.4统计软件进行统计分析。结果分离菌株最多的标本是痰液(83.3%),分离菌株最多的病区是ICU(75%),药敏结果表明,BC对大多数抗生素耐药,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率为零、左氧氟沙星为13.9%,亚胺培南为13.9%。结论 BC极易导致多重耐药,且其所致院内感染不断增多;临床治疗应结合药敏试验结果,合理选用抗菌药物。[Objective]To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Burkholderia cepacia(BC) in Wuxi second people's hospital during 2008-2010.[Methods]The identification and drug sensitivity test were collected in 72 BC strains isolated from all kinds of clinical samples in this hospital by VITEK Ⅱautomatic system for microbiological identification and drug resistance,and the data were statistically analyzed by WHONET 5.4.[Results]Sputum was the main source of BC(83.3%) and ICU was the common department(75%).The drug sensitivity test showed that BC was resistance to most of the antibiotics.The resistance rate of piperacillin/tazobactam was 0,that of levofloxacin was 13.9%,and that of imipenem was 13.9%.[Conclusion]The multidrug resistance of BC is common,and the incidence of nosocomial infection induced by BC increases.In clinical treatment,the antibiotics should be chosen according to the results of drug sensitivity test.
