2010年徐州市云龙区居民全死因分析

摘　　要：目的了解2010年徐州市云龙区居民的疾病和死亡情况,为政府和相关部门卫生工作决策和评价疾病预防工作防治效果提供依据。方法对2010年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的所有户籍地为徐州市云龙区的死因卡片进行统计分析。死亡病例按《国际疾病分类》(ICD-10)进行分类编码。数据处理程序为Death Reg 2005《死亡医学登记系统》。结果 2010年全区粗死亡率为577.57/10万,标化死亡率为507.60/10万,前5位死因为脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒。损伤和中毒、恶性肿瘤对该市居民潜在减寿年数影响较大,平均减寿年数为19.91和7.9 a。结论慢性病和伤害为云龙区居民的主要死因。大力开展健康教育及行为干预,降低慢性病与伤害的发生率,才能从根本上降低居民的死亡率。[Objective]To understand the situation of disease and death of residents in Yunlong District of Xuzhou City in 2010,and provide evidence for the government and relevant departments of health decision-making and evaluation of disease prevention and control effects.[Methods]The death card reported with Yunlong District household register in Xuzhou City in the system of China Disease Prevention and Control Information of 2010 were analyzed statistically.Deaths are coded and classified according to ＂International Classification of Diseases＂（ICD-10）.Data processing procedures was Death Reg ＂Medical Death Registration System＂ of 2005.[Results]The crude death rate of this region in 2010 was 577.57/100 000,the standard mortality rate was 507.60/100 000,the top 5causes of death were cerebrovascular disease,malignant tumor,heart disease,respiratory disease and injury and poisoning.The external injury and poisoning,malignant tumor had great impact on the potential years of life the mean value was19.91 years and 7.9 years,respectively.[Conclusion]Chronic disease and injury are the major causes of death in Yunlong District.In order to reduce the mortality rate of residents radically,health education and behavioral intervention should be enhanced to reduce the incidence of chronic disease and injury.
