摘　　要：目的了解云安县2008—2010年新报告艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者及其高危行为接触者的接触类型、感染途径、感染状况和二代传播等情况,探讨发现新HIV感染者和AIDS患者手段的有效性及可能性,为今后制定艾滋病防治策略和措施提供依据。方法对云安县2008—2010年新报告的现存活的52例HIV感染者和AIDS患者及其高危接触者(接触者)进行溯源调查。结果共调查HIV感染者和AIDS患者45人,累计报告接触者309人,有信息联系的有109人,追踪调查86人,其中已经确诊为HIV感染者的有15人(17.4%);共有56人接受HIV抗体检测,检测为HIV确证阳性4人,阳性检出率为7.1%。结论溯源调查的HIV阳性捡出率较高,能够有效发现潜在的HIV感染者,但是对接触者进行追踪调查的难度大,尤其是共用注射器吸毒者、商业性伴和非配偶非商业性伴。今后对这部分人群的高危行为干预将成为云安县预防控制AIDS工作的重点。[Objective]To understand the type of high-risk behavior,the routes of infection,infection status and secondary transmission among newly reported HIV-infected persons,AIDS patients and contacts of high-risk behavior,to explore the effectiveness and probability of the new methods for discovering new HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients,and provide evidence for developing AIDS prevention strategies.[Methods]The traceability survey was performed on the survival 52 cases of HIV infection,AIDS patients and their high-risk contacts.[Results]A total of 45 HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients were investigated,309 contacts were reported,109 had informational contact,86 with follow-up investigation,among which 15（17.4%）had been confirmed HIV infection.A total of 56 received HIV antibody testing,4 were confirmed HIV positive by test,the positive detection rate was 7.1%.[Conclusion]HIV-positive detection rate of traceability survey is relatively high,which can effectively detect potential HIV infection,but contact tracing investigation is difficult,especially drug users who sharing syringe,commercial sexual partners,non-spousal non-commercial partners.The future AIDS control will focus on high-risk behavior intervention among these populations.
