摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古西部计划青年自愿者的健康状况。方法于2009年6月对全国西部计划内蒙古地区部分高校711名自愿者进行健康检查,将其尿液中6个项目、肝功能、HBsAg的检测资料进行整理分析。结果尿液异常检出率为10.41%,肝功能异常检出率为2.39%,HBsAg阳性率1.97%。其中肝功能异常检出男生高于女生,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=28.6,P<0.01)。尿液分析中白细胞异常检出率女生明显高于男生,其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=64.19,P<0.01),白细胞异常伴有蛋白尿或血尿共有24例;单纯性蛋白尿或血尿有12例,且干化学分析与镜检结果基本一致;尿糖阳性2例,尿胆原和尿胆红素阳性5例。结论部分青年学生身体存在着隐匿性疾病,而且忽视了某些无症状疾病的治疗与防护。应加强青少年学生的健康教育,敦促其做好个人日常的健康检查,对一些疾病能尽早发现并积极治疗。家庭、学校及教育部门应对学生的健康加强监管力度,以提高青少年的健康水平。[Objective]to understand the health status of volunteers who joined Go West University Student Volunteer Service Plan.[Methods]Health examination was performed on 711 volunteers who joined Go West University Student Volunteer Service Plan in Inner Mongolia in June 2009.The data of 6 examination items in urine,liver function,HBsAg were collected and analyzed.[Results]Detection rate of abnormal urine,liver function and HBsAg was 10.41%,2.39% and 1.97%.The detection rate of abnormal liver function of male was higher than that of female,the difference was significant（χ2=28.6,P〈0.01）.The urine analysis showed detection rate of abnormal leucocyte of female students was higher than that of male students,the difference was significant（χ2=64.19,P〈0.01）.Leucocyte abnormalities combined with proteinuria or hematuria were detected on 24 cases;12 had simple proteinuria or hematuria,with results of Urine dry-chemistry analysis consistent with microscopic examination;2 were positive of urine-glucose,and urobilinogen and urine bilirubin positive in 5 cases.[Conclusion]Some young students have occult physical disease,and treatment and prevention of some diseases without symptoms were ignored.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of young students,to urge them to perform the proper personal routine health examination,and early detect and take active treatment on a number of diseases.Families,schools and education departments should strengthen supervision on health of students to improve the health of adolescent.
