摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱测定化妆品中防腐剂碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯的方法。方法:甲醇提取,气相色谱法(GC-ECD)测定。选用HP-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离,初始柱温90℃,保持1 min,20℃/min升至300℃,保持23.5 min;分流进样,分流比20∶1;进样口温度220℃;检测器温度300℃。结果:方法检出限为4.2×10-4ng;在25 ng/ml~2000 ng/ml范围内呈良好线性,相关系数大于0.99;回收率在99.3%~104.6%之间。结论:本方法适用于不含蜡质的化妆品中防腐剂碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯的含量测定,方法简便快速,灵敏度高。Objective: To establish a GC - ECD method for quantification of iodopropynyl butylcarbamate ( IPBC ) in cosmet- ics. Methods: Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in samples were extracted by methanol and detected by gas chromatography with elec- tron capture detector. The column was HP -5MS capillary column(30 m x 0.25 mm ×0.25 μm), and the initial temperature was 90℃ for 1 rain and then increased to 300℃ at 20℃/min, keeping 23.5 min; split injection was done with the split ratio of 20:1 ; injection temperature was 220℃ ; detector temperature was 300℃. Results: The detection limit was 4.2 × 10-4 ng; the linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 25 ng/ml -2000 ng/ml ( r 〉 0.99), and the recoveries were between 99.3 % - 104.6%. Conclusion: This method was simple, rapid and sensitive and suitable for determination of IPBC in cosmet- ics without wax.
