摘 要:目的探讨全身麻醉术中不同方式保温的临床效果。方法收集我院全身麻醉患者120例,分为对照组和研究组各60例,对照组采用单一充气加温,研究组在充气加温基础上辅助液体加温,观察两组患者入室及出室温度,进行对比分析。结果两组患者应用不同的术中保温方法,其体温均能维持平衡,无一例低于36℃,无一例患者因体温过低导致并发症发生。人室温度组间差异无显著性伊〉0.05)研究组降温幅度明显低于对照组,通过t检验分析,出室温度及降温幅度差异均有显著性垆〈0.05)。结论全身麻醉会使体温明显下降,采取联合保温的措施能有效维持患者正常体温,从而避免不必要的并发症。Objective To study the clinical effect of different ways of heat preservation in patients during operation with general anesthesia. Methods 120 patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and experiment group, with 60 patients for each group, The control group just used air heating, the experiment group combined air heating with fluid heating. Patients' temperature were recorded at entering the operating room(OR) and getting out of it. Results The temperatures of all patients were normal. None was below 36℃. No patients e-perienced complications of hypothermia. There were significant differences between two groups in the time of entering OR. The temperature in the experiment group at the time of patients getting out of OR and the difference between patients entering the OR(P〈 0.05) and getting out of it were statistically significant different with the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions General anesthesia will cause patients' temperature drops obviously. Combined heat preservation methods of air heating and fluid heating can effectively maintain normal temperature of patients, so as to avoid unnecessary complications.
