碘、硝酸盐对小鼠甲状腺作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文通过动物实验研究在不同碘水平下,硝酸盐对甲状腺肿发生的影响,结果在低碘和适碘情况下,高硝酸盐摄入有致甲状腺肿作用,而且这种作用可为高碘所抵消,因此,在防治低碘地甲病过程中,如环境中硝酸盐含量较高时,应适当增加碘盐中碘的含量。This study was designed to investigate the influence of nitrate on goitrogenicity in case of different level of iodine supply in mice.The result showed that high intake of nitrate had goitrogenic effect and the effect could be reversed by high iodine. So, in precaution of endemic goitre caused by low iodine, the iodine content in the iodine salt may be increased if nitrate level is higher in environment.
