摘　　要：介绍了云天化国际红磷分公司800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置先进技术的集成与应用。装置选用了轴流式风机、双锅筒火管锅炉、MECS转化技术及低温热回收系统(HRS)、氨-硫酸铵法尾气脱硫等先进技术。装置各项运行指标达到设计要求,总转化率超过99.85%,尾气ρ(SO_2)低于70 mg/m^3。The integrative application of advanced technologies in Yuntianhui International Honglin Branch Co.＇ s 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulpuric acid plant are described. The advanced technologies, such as axial air blower, double-barrel fire-tube boiler, MECS conversion technology and Heat Recovery System （HRS） and ammoniaammonium sulphate tail-gas desulphurization were selected by the plant. All the operation indexes of the plant achieved design targets, with overall conversion efficiency of over 99.85% and tail gas SO2 concentration of less than 70 mg/m3.
