摘　　要：直接涂层技术作为一种创新的涂装和注塑一体化工艺,能满足塑料部件高生产效率、环保、高品质外观的需求,是塑料部件发展的解决方案之一。本文介绍了直接涂层技术的设备要素、工艺特性和直接涂层技术与传统注塑加涂装的工艺区别。Direct coating is an innovative coating finishing and plastic injection integrity process. It meets requirements of high production efficiency, environment-friendly and high quality appearance and becoming one solution of future plastic parts development. In this article the equipment elements, process characteristics of direct coating were introduced. The differences between direct coating and traditional plastic injection plus coating finishing process were compared
