摘　　要：零部件产业薄弱是中国重卡业大而不强的一个根本性原因，而缺乏研发（R＆D）能力又是零部件产业弱中之弱。做一个形象的比喻，现在的中国重卡业成为了上身（整车产能）庞大，腿脚（零部件研发）纤弱的巨人，零部件产业缺乏研发能力使中国重卡业跑步乏力，难以支撑产能庞大的整车产业实现由“大”到“强”的转折。In fact,the weakness of spare parts and components sector is apparently one of the critical factors that has long been hurdles for China heavy-duty truck industry,and the incapability and shortage of R & D resources is regarded as the weakest sector of spare parts and components field.In this regard,it is time to lay down the solid foundation of further development,especially at this moment when China heavy-duty truck is targeting to become the powerful and prosperous one in the world.
