摘　　要：实施城市医院对口支援农村卫生工作既是国家卫生发展的职能需要,更是建立健全社会公共卫生服务体系的重要举措。该文指出城市医院对口支援农村卫生工作的意义,针对支援工作中存在的问题提出建议与对策。It is both the functional needs of national health development and important strategies of establishing a public health service system to conduct rural health work with the aid of city hospitals. This paper pointed out the significance of such work as well as put forward some suggestions and countermeasures of the existing problems.
