摘　　要：文章阐述了医院构建医用耗材物流系统的意义,并运用系统的观点和方法来分析该物流系统,指明了系统包括的内容及其关系。文章提出了建立医院消耗材料物流一体化,实施供应链管理的观点。最后作者归纳了在该物流系统中,实施削减过量库存、建立质量控制等提高系统效率的策略。The article expatiated on the content and meaning of constructing medical expendable system,and came out with the view of constructing integrative logistics and supply chain management through analyzing the content and relationship among the spots of material currency with the systemic view and way, finally put forward some highly efficient system strategies on how to cut down the excessive storages and construct the quality control in the logistic system.
