摘　　要：在经济全球化浪潮中,服务外包产业的不断发展及其国际化,使我国服务外包产业发展具有良好机遇。大力发展服务外包产业不仅是提高我国经济发展水平,优化产业结构及外商投资的发展方向,也是参与国际竞争。本文就我国服务外包产业的现状、优势及存在的问题进行了分析,并结合我国发展服务外包产业的主要思路,以提升产业结构与提高国际竞争力为根本原则,提出我国服务外包产业发展的对策。In the wave of economic globalization,the increasing development internationalization of service outsourcing industry has brought historic opportunities to breakthroughs of the service outsourcing industry in China.To greatly develop service outsourcing industry is not only the direction for improving our level of economic development as well as optimizing industrial structure and foreign investment,but also the inevitable choice for participating in international competition,changes in economic growth and blossom of modern service industry.This article analyzes the status,advantages and existing problems of China＇s service outsourcing industry.Integrating China＇s main course in growing service outsourcing industry,the author puts forward the strategies to develop the service outsourcing industry of China,with rock-firm adherence to the fundamental principles of the upgrading industrial structure and enhancing international competitiveness.
