摘 要:对300kA铝电解槽PFC排放特征及机理研究,主要通过傅立叶变换红外光谱分析仪研究了PFC的排放特征。结果显示,铝电解生产过程中,阳极效应时会产生大量PFC气体,PFC排放量与效应电压和效应持续时间成正比关系;在非效应期间,部分槽也发现了PFC存在。因此,若要降低铝电解生产过程PFC的排放量,降低效应持续时间,减小效应电压值;同时抑制非效应PFC的产生。In this paper, the PFC emission characteristics and mechanism of 300kA aluminium electrolysis cells were: studied. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry was used for studying emission characteristics. The results showed that a large amount of PFC emitted when anode effect happened during aluminium electrolysis production, and the PFC emitting quantities were directly proportional to the voltage and duration of anode effect, We also found that a part of cells continuously emitted PFC even if the anode effect did not happen. In order to reduce the PFC emitting quantifies during aluminium electrolysis production, not only the duration and voltage of anode effect should be decreased, but also the PFC emitting without anode effect duration should be inhibited.
