摘  要:研究了三水铝石矿单独溶出和作为后加矿溶出时针铁矿的相变,目的在于降低赤泥铁矿物中针铁矿的含量,消除针铁矿对赤泥沉降性能的不利影响。实验研究发现,当溶出温度为230℃,溶出时间为30min,氧化钙加入量为矿石量的10%时,在三水铝石矿单独溶出过程中针铁矿可全部转化为赤铁矿;当后加矿溶出温度由150℃升高至230℃时,赤泥含铁矿物中针铁矿的含量可降低约50%。In this paper a study was conducted on phase transition of goethite to hematite in the process of digesting gibbsite alone and sweetening process, which was intended to reduce the content of goethite in iron bearing minerals of the red mud and eliminate the adverse effect of goethite on the settling performance. The results showed that all goethite transformed to hematite when the gibbsite was digested alone at 230℃ for 30rain ,and the addition amount of lime was 10% of gibbsite. When increasing the digestion temperature from 15022 to 230℃of the sweetening process, the content of goethite in iron bearing minerals of the red mud could be reduced by 50%.
