摘  要:本文对400kA铝电解槽全电解质焙烧的前期技术方案设计、实施要求和实测数据进行了探讨和分析。通过分流器设计、石墨碎掺配技术应用、全电解质装炉方案实施、电解槽测温点选取、优化分流器拆除等一系列措施,使焙烧温度均匀、升温梯度满足要求,焙烧温度达到启动要求。In this paper, a new baking technology by using spent bath with 400kA aluminium reduction cells was discussed, which included prefeasibi}ity study ,program implementation and measurement campaigns. Some new changes were adopted in this technology ;such as new shunt design, graphite particle size distribution, spent bath application instead of cryolite, position selection of cell temperature measurement, schedule optimization of shunt removing. The measurement results confirmed that temperature distribution, heating gradient and final temperature target met the startup requirement.
