摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展、民主法制建设的不断推进和人民群众司法需求的日益增长,刑事诉讼制度在某些方面也出现了一些不相适应的问题。因此,有必要进一步完善刑事诉讼法的有关规定。With the rapid development of economic society, the construction of democracy and legal system is advanced ceaselessly and people＇s justice of the growing demand, criminal litigation system in some respects also appeared a few problems that do not suit. Therefore, it is necessary to further perfect the criminal procedure law.
