虚拟空间涉毒阵地控制研究

摘　　要：随着信息时代、互联网时代等新科技革命的悄然而至,公众工作、生活、学习的活动空间逐步扩大,尤其是在计算机技术、多媒体技术、通讯技术高度发达的今天,公众的活动空间已由传统的"现实空间"延伸到了所谓的"虚拟空间"。秉承发展的眼光,虚拟空间将面临人类犯罪活动的不断渗透,诸如互联网入侵、互联网涉毒信息发布、手机诈骗等的犯罪活动已在虚拟空间蔓延开来,利用虚拟空间进行的犯罪活动将是今后一段时间犯罪的主要发展方向,利用虚拟空间进行的毒品犯罪活动更是令人担忧。目前,传统的毒品犯罪正逐步向虚拟空间渗透,通过互联网提供制毒配方和易制毒化学品、通过手机短信进行毒品交易等的虚拟空间毒品犯罪已出现,虚拟空间涉毒犯罪已成为全球毒品犯罪的最新发展方向,因此,公安机关应对虚拟空间的涉毒行为进行阵地控制,以打击和遏制毒品犯罪的新发展。With the advent of new technology, public working, living and leaning space are expanded, till now, it has changed from traditional reality space to so-called visual one. From development perspective, the visual space will face continuous penetration of human criminal activities, actually some criminal activities such as the invasion of the internet, the drug-related information and so on, have spread in the visual space, and this will become the main development direction in the coming time, even the drug-related activities of visual space is really worrisome. So, in order to combat and contain new development of drug-related crimes, the public security organs should carry out position control to deal with drug-related behavior of visual space.
