球挂式液压丢手工具研制

摘　　要：为满足空气钻井后期筛管完井的作业要求,解决机械式丢手工具存在的问题,研制了球挂式液压丢手工具。该工具通过钢球悬挂,并通过憋压的方式进行丢手,结构简单、易加工、成本低廉、功能可靠、便于打捞。现场应用4口井,丢手成功率100%,各项功能满足设计要求。In order to satisfy the requirement of air drilling sieve tube completion, solve the problems in the releasing tool, designed the hydraulic releasing tool, the type of hanging is ball hanging, and through the pressure to release, the tool has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing,low cost, function reliable, easy to salvage and so on. The tool applied 4 wells;the success rate of releasing is 100%.
