摘　　要：简介了美式落锤法的术语和测试方法,从挤出工艺、模具、配方3个方面分析了PVC型材美式落锤冲击性能的影响因素,并给出了提高美式落锤冲击性能的具体措施,还介绍了美式落锤冲击性能的意义与用途,以及应用中的注意事项。The terminology and test method of American falling weight were briefly introduced. Fac- tors of influencing the American falling weight impact property of PVC profiles were analyzed in three as- pects, i.e. extrusion process, mould and formula. Concrete measures for improving the American weight impact property were proposed.
