2型糖尿病与干眼症的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多种眼表因素异常在2型糖尿病干眼症发病中的作用。方法:观察20例(40眼)2型糖尿病患者及18例(36眼)正常人泪膜破裂试验(break up time BUT)、泪腺分泌试验和副泪腺分泌功能试验(Schirmer test I)、角膜荧光素染色试验(fluorescein vital staining FL)检查。结果:与对照组比较,糖尿病组患者泪膜破裂的时间显著缩短,角膜荧光素染色阳性率显著增高,泪腺分泌试验、副泪腺分泌功能试验显著减少。结论:2型糖尿病患者是干眼症的易患人群,泪膜稳定性下降、泪液基础分泌量减少在2型糖尿病患者干眼症的发病中起一定的作用。Objective：To explore the relationship between multivariate ocular factors and the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：It was examined in 72 eyes of 36 cases of non insulin dependent T2DM and 36 eyes of 18 healthy subjects that the tear film break up time（BUT） and Schirmer I test,fluorescein vital staining（FL）.Result：BUT test and Schirmer test I in the diabetic patients was significantly lower than that in the control subjects.The average score of FL were significantly higher in diabetic patients than that of control subjects.Conclusion：In T2DM would damage ocular surface,including tear film function and keratoconjunctival epithelium,Our date showed that the unstable tear flilm and the decrease of basal tears secretion might play a role in the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
