摘  要:通过岩心封堵实验,全面研究了弹性微球的岩心封堵性能及其影响因素。研究表明,注弹性微球及后续注水时,注入压力及阻力系数均呈现"非连续波动式变化"特征。残余阻力系数是一次注水结束时的8倍,具有良好的运移能力和深部封堵性能。矿化度对其封堵性能影响较小。注入浓度、注入速度、弹性微球粒径/岩心孔喉直径比值、聚合物段塞对其封堵性能影响较大,且存在一个较佳的匹配范围。聚合物和弹性微球组合具有更好的封堵性能。Through core flooding test, the plugging spheres were studied. The results show that in the process performance and its influencing factors of elastic micro- of elastic microspheres injection and succeeding water injection, the injection pressure and resistance coefficient all present characteristic of "non-continuous iation" and the residual resistance factor is eight times higher than that of the original water injection wave-type varwhich indicate that elastic microspheres have good transport capacity and deep block performance. The salinity has little impact on the plugging performance of elastic microspheres. However, the injection concentration, the injection rate, the ratio of elastic microspheres particle size and core pore throat diameter and polymer slug have greater impact on its plugging performance and there is a better matching range; the combination injection of polymer and elastic microspheres has better plugging performance.
