摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺肽α1对高龄(≥80岁)老年人免疫活性细胞数量及细胞因子水平的影响作用。方法选择健康高龄老年人30例,给予胸腺肽α1注射剂1.6mg,皮下注射,2次/周,疗程为4周。分别于治疗前、治疗后2周及治疗后4周检测外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、和NK细胞的百分比,CD4+/CD8+值,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及γ-r干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,对治疗中、治疗后数据分别与治疗前进行统计学比较。结果高龄老年人应用胸腺肽α1注射剂4周后,其血清CD3+、CD4+百分比,CD4+/CD8+值,血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平明显高于治疗前,IL-6水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1能明显增强高龄老年人的免疫活性细胞数量,并能调节部分细胞分子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of thymosin α1 on the number of immunocompetent cell and the serum cytokines levels of the very elderly.Methods The very elderly（≥80 years old,n=30）were injected with thymosin α1 twice each week for 4 weeks.Peripheral blood samples,the percents of CD^3＋,CD^4＋,CD^8＋ and NK,the ratio of CD^4＋/CD^8＋,and the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γ and TNF-α were collected or observed before,during（2 weeks）and at the end of treatment.The levels,ratio and percents after 2 weeks and 4 weeks were compared with those before treatment.Results Having used thymosin α1 for 4 weeks,the percents of CD^3＋,CD^4＋ of the eripheral blood of the very elderly were higher than those of the same subjects before treatment,and the same occurs with the ratio of CD^4＋/CD^8＋ and the levels of IL-2,and IFN-γ,the level of IL-6,however,was lower than that of the subjects before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Thymosin α1 can obviously increase the number of immunocompetent cells in the elderly,and can also regulate the Cytokine levels of certain kinds of cells.
