摘  要:目的探讨糖末宁颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)大鼠坐骨神经血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达的影响。方法将32只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、糖末宁组,采用2%链脲佐霉素(STZ)53mg/kg,诱导糖尿病大鼠模型。实验期间每日灌服糖末宁混悬液,实验结束后以透射电镜观察大鼠坐骨神经超微结构;应用western blot及免疫组化技术检测各组大鼠坐骨神经VEGF蛋白表达的情况。结果坐骨神经VEGF蛋白表达,模型组大鼠较正常对照组增高,糖末宁组大鼠低于模型组,但较正常对照组略高。结论糖末宁颗粒可抑制DPN大鼠坐骨神经VEGF蛋白表达,对神经损害有一定的保护作用。Objective To probe the effect of Tangmoning granule on the expression of VEGF in experimental rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Streptozotocin(STZ)was used to induce diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats. The rats were given Tangmoning guanule for 8 weeks continuously after model formation. The morphology of sciatic nerve was investigated using electron microscope. Western blot and histochemistry methods were used to detect the expression of VEGF in sciatic nerves of diabetic rats. Results Tangmoning granule can protect the structure of sciatic nerve in rats with DPN. Compared with the model group,the Tangmoning group has a lower expression of VEGF. Conclusions Tangmoning grandule could inhabit the expression of VEGF in sciatic nerve of rats with DPN and alleviate the damage of nerves at early stages of DPN.
