摘 要:为更好地利用氨基硅烷和硼酸酯偶联剂的优势,研究了将二者复配使用于微晶白云母粉体改性。采用正交试验设计方法优化了工艺条件,通过红外光谱、粘度及力学性能测试对改性效果进行了表征。结果表明偶联剂已经牢固地包覆于粉体表面;两种偶联剂复配改性微晶白云母粉体,对改善粉体/有机混合体系的加工流变性有更好的效果,可进一步提高粉体在有机介质中的分散性和填充量,且对提高粉体/聚氯乙烯复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度有一定的作用。This article is mainly about the surface modification of powder microcrystal muscovite by polymer blend of aminosilane and borate ester coupling agent in order to better using each advantage of them. Orthogo- nal experiment was used to optimize the technological conditions. The modification results are characterized by tests of infrared spectrum, viscosity property and mechanical property. According to the results: the coupling agent has cladded tightly on the surface of powder by chemisorption the powder microcrystal muscovite modified by aminosilane/borate ester double-component compounded coupling agent demonstrated better effects on improving processing rheological performance of powder/organic mixed system, and showed better dispersibility and filling volume of the powder in organic medium, also higher impact strength and tensile strength of modified powder/polyvinyl chloride polymer composite material.
