摘 要:目的了解医院感染现状。方法采用横断面调查的方法 ,对2010年4月12日住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查当日住院患者463例,医院感染现患率为2.38%,例次现患率2.81%;下呼吸道(53.85%)为最常见的感染部位;抗菌药物使用率61.77%,预防用药的比例为27.97%,治疗用药比例为72.03%;抗菌药物一联用药比例占78.67%,二联用药占17.48%,无三联及以上用药。预防用药以三代头孢菌素为主(44.25%),细菌培养标本送检率17.48%。结论医院感染横断面调查,能够为有效开展医院感染目标性监测提供依据。OBJECTIVE To know the current situation of nosocomial infection.METHODS The prevalence of nosocomial infection in patients,who were hospitalized on the 12th April,2010,was investigated through the method of cross-sectional study.RESULTS The sample consisted of 463 inpatients and the prevalence of hospital infection was 2.38%,while the total hospital infection frequency rate was 2.81%.The lower respiratory tract(53.85%)was the most common site of hospital infection.The utilization rate of antibacterial agent was 61.77%,among which the proportion of preventive medication was 27.97%,therapeutic medication 72.03%;the proportion of monotherapy was 78.67%,while the proportion of combined utilization of two antibacterial agents was 17.48%.There was no jointed use of three or even more antibacterial agents in the investigation.The third generation of cephalosporin(44.25%)was used most among preventive medication.The detection rate of germiculture sample was 17.48%.CONCLUSION The cross-sectional study for hospital acquired infection will provide practical bases for effective surveillance aimed at hospital infection.
