摘 要:目的观察健康教育工作对现代化中央商务大楼员工的生存质量的干预效果,探讨对此类人群具有适用性的健康教育与健康促进的途径和方法 ,为促进员工健康提供依据。方法对干预试点(2栋商务楼)内的员工进行为期一年半健康教育干预工作,结合世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)自制调查问卷并以此为测量工具进行效果评估。结果干预前,干预组和对照组之间调查对象生存质量各领域得分比较,差异均无统计学意义。在生理、心理和社会关系领域,干预后干预组、对照组调查对象自身得分水平均高于干预前,但干预组的提高程度显著高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论在商务楼对员工开展针对性的健康教育干预工作有利于促进目标人群的健康,提高他们的生存质量得分水平。OBJECTIVE To observe the intervenient effects of health education upon the employees in CBDs,and to discuss the approaches and methods to carry out health education to them,and to provide scientific bases for developing policies and measures to improve their quality of life.METHODS The health education was carried among employees in the intervention group including two CBDs for one and a half years.The intervention group and the control groups were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF and the self-designed questionnaire.RESULTS There were no differences in the four domain scores of quality of life between two groups before intervention.After intervention,the scores in the physical and the psychological and the social relationship domain of two groups were both higher then that before intervention.And the scores of the intervention group increased more than that of the control group(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Health education among employees in CBDs play an important roles in improving their quality of life.
