摘 要:目的探讨大学生体育锻炼与心理健康的关系,为开展大学生心理咨询和心理健康教育提供参考。方法运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法 ,采用心理健康临床症状自评量表SCL-90和自编体育锻炼状况问卷,对河北省1360名大学生进行调查。结果大学生体育锻炼中锻炼次数与心理健康中的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执显著相关;锻炼时间与心理健康中的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑显著相关。结论良好的体育锻炼习惯对大学生的心理健康有着重要影响,树立良好体育锻炼习惯是促进大学生心理健康的有效途径。OBJECTIVE To explore the relation of college student's physical exercises,mental health and to provide evidence for their psychological counseling and health education.METHODS Major characteristics of the university students' physical exercises and mental health were studied with questionnaire and mathematical statistics,adopted the self-test SCL-90 in testing the mood and mental health clinic indexes.1 360 students in Hebei University of Technology were investigated.RESULTS The time of exercise in physical exercises of the students was significantly correlative with the somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,photic anxiety and paranoid ideation in mental health and the frequency in physical exercises of the students was significantly correlative with the somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety in mental health.CONCLUSION The nice physical exercises are effective in having a nice mental state.
