鸡传染性支气管炎肾型弱毒株J9的免疫原性试验

摘　　要：以不同剂量 (1 0 3 .8～ 1 0 4 .9TOCID50 /只 )的IB肾型弱毒株J9免疫接种 1 5～ 70日龄SPF鸡 ,然后用部分国内分离的IBV肾型强毒株HV、NB90、L_1、TJ和国外肾型标准强毒株T攻击。三次试验初步表明 ,J9株具有对这些强毒株攻击的不同程度的免疫保护作用。days old SPF chickens were inoculated with different dose (10 3.8 ～10 4.9 TOCID 50 /One chicken) of IBV nephropathogenic type attenuated strain J9,and then challenged with part of virulent IBV nephropathogenic type strains HV,NB90,L_1 and TJ which isolated in China and standard nephropathogenic type virulent strain T which is from Australia.Three tests indicated preliminarily that the J9 strain have a different degree of immuno_protectiveness against these virulent IBV strains.
