西藏兔病毒性出血症的研究——病原鉴定及疫苗免疫效力试验

摘　　要：1994年 6～ 7月 ,西藏林芝地区家兔大批急性死亡 ,经过流行病学调查 ,临诊症状观察 ,病理剖检等结果与兔病毒性出血症特征相符。进一步作病毒学检查表明 ,病变组织超薄切片经电子显微镜观察发现有大量直径约 30nm的球状裸露的病毒粒子 ;自然病死兔肝组织匀浆上清能凝集人O型红细胞 ,而且血凝性能被兔出血症病毒阳性抗血清所抑制 ,致病性试验结果表明 ,该病毒对兔有很强的致病性 ;用西藏自然病死兔肝组织匀浆试制的灭活疫苗免疫家兔后 ,分别用西藏自然病死兔肝组织匀浆和江苏兔出血症病毒攻毒 ,均 1 0 0 %保护 ,而未接种灭活疫苗的对照兔 1 0 0 %死亡。上述结果表明 ,西藏林芝地区八一新村家兔急性死亡是由兔病毒性出血症病毒所致死。自制的西藏兔病毒性出血症灭活疫苗经安全、免疫效力等试验 ,推广应用效果好。Large quantities of rabbits died acutely from June to July in 1994 in Linzhi,Tibet,it resembled to rabbits heamrrhagic disease (RHD)in symptom of clinical manifestation and pathology analysis the result of further virus examination showed that there were numerous orbed and bare virus particles about 30nm diameter in diseased tissue's ultra_thin section could be seen. under the electron microscope.The homogenous tissue liquid of natural dead rabbits' liver could agglutinated by the O type blood,The character of agglutination was inhibited by the positive anti_serum of rabbit' heamorrhagic disease virus(RHDV).It indicated that the virus had strong pathogenic properties to rabbits. The rabbits immunized by inactivated vaccine in the homogeneous tissue liquid of natural dead rabbits'liver could absolutely resist the challenge of either Tibet or Jiangsu virus strains,And all the comparison rabbits with out immune absolutely were died.The result above shows that the RHDV caused the rabbits' acute death in Bayi of Tibet.So we produced the vaccine of this virus it proves that our self_made inacivated vaccine of RHDV is good in using effect through the safety and effect test.
