摘　　要：用三种不同鸡传染性法氏囊病强毒株 (吉林株、湖南株和广西株 ) ,对BWEL_SPF鸡群 1～ 1 0个家系 3周龄鸡进行敏感性试验 ,观察比较该鸡群各家系对不同毒株的敏感性 ,测定不同毒株的毒价。广西强毒株 (IBDV_GX株 ) ,LD50 为 1 0 5.0 /0 .2ml;湖南强毒株 (IBDV_HN株 ) ,LD50 为 1 0 5.2 / 0 .2ml;吉林强毒株 (IBDV_JL株 ) ,LD50 为 1 0 5.5/ 0 .2ml。以 1 0 0LD50 攻毒剂量 ,对BWEL_SPF鸡 1～ 1 0家系的致死率为 95 %～ 1 0 0 %。由此可见 ,BWEL_SPF鸡群对鸡传染性法氏囊强毒非常敏感 ,可供作试验鸡 ,数据可靠。Susceptibility to IBDV(GX strain,HN strain,JL strain) were examed of BWEL_SPF chickens .The susceptibility of different varieties of BWEL_SPF chickens to different strains of IBDV was observed and compared.LD 50 of these IBDV strains were checked.The titers of GX,HN and JL were 10 5.0 /0.2ml,10 5.2 /0.2ml and 10 5.5 /0.2ml.The mortalities were 95%～100% after the SPF chickens were challenged IBDV with 100LD 50 .Therefore,the SPF chickens were very susceptable to IBDV.They could be used as experimental chicken and the data would be dependable.
