单臂外固定支架治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究单臂外固定架在胫骨远端骨折治疗中的疗效和优越性。方法对2003年7月～2008年7月采用单臂外固定架或辅以有限切开内固定治疗的48例胫骨远端骨折进行回顾分析。结果48例随访5个月～2．5年，平均15个月，骨折均获得骨性愈合，平均愈合时间约5个月，按照美国骨科协会足踝外科分会（AOFAS）主观评定标准结合X线评定，优18例，良22例，可6例，差2例，优良率83．8％，并发症发生率14．7％。结论单臂外固定架或辅以有限切开内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折，对软组织创伤小，实现了踝关节局部复位，骨折愈合率高，手术操作简便，对开放性、粉碎性和骨缺损有独特疗效。[Objective] To study the single-arm external fixation in distal tibial fractures in the efficacy and superiority. [Methods] From July 2003 to July 2008 using single-arm external fixation or internal fixation supplemented by limited open reduction and treatment of 48 cases of distal tibial fractures were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Of 48 cases followed up for 5 months to 2.5 years, with an average of 15 months, have received bone fracture healing, with an average healing time was about 5 months, in accordance with AO-FAS combination of subjective assessment of standard X-Assessment were excellent： 18 cases, good： 22 cases, could be： 6 cases and poor in： 2 cases, good rate of 83.8%, complication rate was 14.7%. [Conclusion] Unilateral external fixation or internal fixation supplemented by limited open reduction of distal tibial fractures, soft tissue trauma and to achieve partial reduction of the ankle joint, the high rate of fracture healing, surgery is simple, right open, comminuted and bone defects has a unique effect.
