简析江苏农村科技服务超市建设现状

摘　　要：江苏农村科技服务超市的建设是农村科技服务手段和服务模式创新的一种尝试。文章详细介绍了科技服务超市以有店面、有队伍、有网络、有基地、有成果、有品牌等"六有"为主要模式的建设现状,归纳出农村科技服务超市在人才资源、服务手段、网络体系、服务机制等方面的创新点,分析了目前农村科技服务超市在建设速度、层级联系、市场化运作和保障措施等方面的不足之处,并提出相应改进建议。Construction of science and technology service supermarket in rural region of Jiangsu Province is a new trial of science and technology service means and service mode. Current status of the construction was introduced in detail in the paper, i.e., there were stores, teams, networks, bases, achievements and brands in the science and technology service supermarket. The innovation points were summed up from such aspects as talents resources, service means, networks and service mechanism. Imperfect of the supermarket was analyzed, such as the construction speed, links between levels, market operation and safeguard measures. Some corresponding suggestions for improvement were put forward.
