地方性甲状腺肿大鼠子代脑垂体-甲状腺轴的实验形态学观察

摘　　要：本文对地甲肿5个月仔鼠进行了脑垂体—甲状腺轴的功能测定及光镜与电镜观察。结果表明:血清 T_4下降,T_3水平升高,脑垂体嗜酸性细胞明显减少,生长激素细胞变性。嗜硷性细胞显著增加,促甲状腺激素细胞功能旺盛,增生活跃。少数细胞为退行性变。甲状腺除有增生性改变外,尚有个别胶质贮留及幼稚型结节形成。The paper described the histological changes and functional standards of pit-uitary and thyroid in descendants of rats with endemic goiter.The results wereas follows:T_3 increased;T_4 decreased in serum in descendants at 5 months with ende-mic goiter.The number of acidophilic cells in the anterier pituitary remarkably lessened.Rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded;mitochondria swelled and some of thegrowth hormone cells got denatured.The basophilic cells increased obviously;and the secretary function was stronger in numerous thyropin cells a few cellsbecame vestigical;the nucleus was in various shapes;secretary granules werefewer than those of the animals in the control group.There were individual colloid reservation and childish node fomation in thethyroid besides hyperplasia.
