摘 要:利用QLVC-ZSA1振动信号分析仪及加速度传感器,测试了数控车床在车削过程中随着材料的去除,刀具振动响应的变化规律,得到了刀具振动加速度信号的时域曲线及自功率谱密度曲线。试验表明:(1)相同车削参数的车削过程中,随着去除材料的增加,刀具振动响应的自功率谱密度曲线成近似的正弦(或余弦)分布,刀具所受的激振能量并非单调增加或减少;(2)刀具振动最大能量的频率域集中在3 700 Hz左右;(3)随着去除材料的增加,最大自功率谱密度相应的频率呈现降低的趋势。Using QLVC-ZSA1 vibration signal analyzers and acceleration sensor,changing laws of tool vibration responses were tested with removal of material in CNC lathe turning process, and time series curves and self-power spectral density curves of acceleration vibration obtained. The results show that: (1)Self-power spectral signals of the cutting tool were also density curves of tool vibration response display as an approximate sine(or cosine) distribution with removal of material in turning process of same turning parameters, and excitation energy on tool does not increase or decrease monotonically; (2)Tool vibration frequency-domain corresponding to maximum vibration energy concentrated in about 3 700 Hz; (3)With increasing of removed material,frequency corresponding to maximum self-power spectral density showed a decreasing trend.
