摘 要:设计了一种NGW行星齿轮传动中圆柱滚子轴承结构与润滑装置,并利用润滑油随行星架高速转动时产生的离心力将润滑油经导油孔引导至行星轴轴承内腔,实现行星轴轴承连续不间断润滑。同时运用弹性流体动力润滑理论推导出了圆柱滚子轴承弹流润滑最小油膜厚度公式。根据公式作出了最小油膜厚度与转速的关系曲线,通过提高转速有助于油膜的形成和使用离心式圆柱滚子轴承润滑装置两种方法,解决了行星齿轮传动中行星轴轴承绕太阳轮公转和自转时不能连续可靠润滑的难题。The installation and lubrication of cylindrical roller bearings was designed in NGW planet gear transmission, and the lubricating oil was driven to go through oil hole into inner cavity of the hearings on planetary shafts and lubricate the beatings continuously by the centrifugal force of lubricating oil at a high speed with planetary frame. The minimal oil film thickness formula in cylindrical roller bearings is deduced based on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. Relationship curve between minimal oil film thickness and rotate speed is presented by the formula, the difficult was solved that the bearings on planetary shafts can not be lubricated continuously due to the bearings rotation and revolution around the sun gear by high rotate speed in forming oil film and by centrifugal force lubrication of cylindrical roller bearings.
