摘 要:常规配置的备用电源自投装置(以下简称"备自投")逻辑仅适用于内桥或单母线分段接线形式,在双母线接线形式下,当运行方式变化时,该逻辑存在明显的缺陷,并且造成闭锁方式、继电保护功能投停异常复杂。文中从备自投功能及双母线接线实际运行方式变化出发,分析了常规线路备自投逻辑不适用双母线接线形式的特殊问题并提出了解决方案,不受运行方式变化影响,可简化母线差动保护对线路备自投的闭锁关系,降低继电保护功能频繁投停带来的风险,保证备自投闭锁逻辑的严格准确。Logic of conventional backup power switchover unit(BPSU) is merely adapted to the inner bridge connection or sectionalized single-bus configuration.When the operation mode changes in double-bus scheme,the logic has obvious defect,causing the locking pattern and abnormally complex functions of relay protection.According to the changes in BPSU function and actual operation mode of double-bus scheme,the special problem that logic of conventional BPSU cannot adapt to double-bus scheme is analyzed.The solution is put forward.Independent from changes of operation mode,locking relations between differential protection of bus bars and conventional BPSU can be simplified,reducing the risk of relay protection operating frequently and ensuring the accuracy of locking logic of BPSU.
