《温病条辨》咸寒苦甘法应用浅析

摘　　要：咸寒苦甘法源于《黄帝内经》。在明清温病学家著述中,记载甚多。《温病条辨》中应用咸寒苦甘法之用在于清心络以开窍闭;清血络以散瘀热;泻结热以存阴液;清阴络以透余邪;补肝肾以救真阴。其病机关键在于邪伏较深,且阴液耗伤明显。分析可见咸寒苦甘法所主病证大多有伤及真阴之险,应以咸寒苦甘法固护真阴为重心,苦寒之品用以泄热存阴,甘寒甘苦法的应用主在留津气。The compatibility of prescriptions depending onnature and flavor of drug derived from Huangdi Neijing.In masters of Epidemic Febrile Disease’s works,there are many records of that.In Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,the compatibility aboutcold nature andthe tastes： salty,sweet,bitter have the function of dispelling blood stasis andheat,assisting resuscitation,promoting the flow of Qi and blood inmeridians,purgation and saving the body fluid,clearing away heatin Yin collaterals and expelling pathogenic factors,filling liver and kidney and nourishing really Yin.In pathological mechanism we must catch key factors： deep evil and Yin fluid consumption injury obviously.Most diseases due to salty,cold,bitter and sweet may hurt kidney-Yin.So in treatment,salty-cold method should be used to protect kidney-Yin,bitter and cold are used to release heat and keep Yin,and the use of sweet-cold-sweet-bitter method is to storefunctional activities of the body fluid.
