摘　　要：目的:观察电针环跳穴对腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)家兔髓核炎性分子的影响,探讨电针环跳对LIDP家兔的损伤修复机制。方法:将40只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、环跳组和非穴组,每组10只。采用自制的LIDP动物病理模型造模器建立家兔LIDP病理模型,放射免疫法测定家兔髓核前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量和磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性的变化,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定家兔髓核白介素-1α(IL-1α)含量的变化。结果:模型组髓核PGE2、PLA2和IL-1α含量或活性均显著高于空白组(P<0.05,P<0.01);环跳组髓核PGE2、PLA2和IL-1α含量或活性显著低于模型组和非穴组(P<0.05,P<0.01);而非穴组髓核PGE2、PLA2和IL-1α含量或活性与模型组比较无显著性差异。结论:电针环跳穴可降低LIDP家兔髓核PGE2、PLA2和IL-1α的含量或活性。Objective： To observe the reparation effect on LIDP（lubar intervertebral disc protrusion） rabbits’ inflammation molecule of nucleus pulposus,to reveal impairment and repair mechanism of LIDP rabbits by electroacupuncture at Huantiao point on the molecular level.Methods： The 40 rabbits were randomized into 4 groups（blank contrast group,model group,Huantiao group and non-pointgroup）,each group have 10 rabbits.The model of LIDP rabbits by home-made equipment of LIDP animal pathological model was adopted.To determine the content variation of PGE2 and PLA2 in rabbits’ nucleus pulposus tissue by radio-immunity method;to determine the content variation of IL-1αin rabbits’ nucleus pulposus tissue by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA method.Results： The content of PGE2,PLA2 and IL-1α in model group’ s nucleus pulposus tissue is obviously higher than that in blank contrast group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,it can explain that the content of PGE2,PLA2 and IL-1α increase obviously after building the model;The content of PGE2,PLA2 and IL-1α in Huantiao group’ s nucleus pulposus tissue is obviously lower than that in model group and non-point group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;the content of PGE2,PLA2 and IL-1α between non-point group.Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture at Huantiao point could cut down the content of PGE2,PLA2 and IL-1α in LIDP rabbits’ nucleus pulposus tissue.
