摘　　要：目的:探讨对心血管疾病临床中医辨证有意义的脉象客观指标,为临床诊疗提供一定的客观化依据及疗效评价指标。方法:应用Z-BOX型中医舌脉象数字化分析仪检测330例临床心血管疾病患者的脉象参数,并进行统计分析,探讨心血管疾病不同中医证候患者的脉象特征。结果:在330例心血管疾病患者的脉象参数中,以弦脉、细脉、结代脉为多见,h5、h3/h1、h4、w、tl、tl/t等参数在心系疾病中有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:脉象参数可为心血管疾病辨证分型提供客观依据。Objective： Study the pulse objective indicators which is useful for clinical cardiovascular disease of TCM（traditional Chinese medicine） syndrome differentiation.Provide a clinical diagnosis and treatment evalution based on objective indicators.Methods： Using Z-BOX type of Tongue and pulse meter apparatus analysis the pulse of 330 cases with cardiovascular disease,and statistical analysis.Study the cardiovascular disease in patients with different syndromes of pulse characteristics.Results： The pulse parameters of 330 cases with cardiovascular disease,The taut pulse,small pulse,statement on behalf of pulse is more common.h5,h3/h1,h4,w,t1,t1/t parameters in the heart diseases have made significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is very important to its syndrome differentiations.
