清金畅肺饮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰热郁肺证大鼠模型气道炎症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清金畅肺饮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)痰热郁肺证大鼠气道炎症因子及气道病理形态的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组、罗红霉素组及清金畅肺饮低、中、高剂量组,烟叶、硫磺烟熏合肺炎双球菌滴鼻法造模,观察各组治疗后大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎症细胞(巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞)、血清中IL-8、MCP-1的含量和气道病理形态的变化。结果:清金畅肺饮高、中、低剂量组及罗红霉素组均可使模型大鼠BALF中IL-8、MCP-1下降(P<0.05),气道病理形态学改变较轻。结论:清金畅肺饮具有一定的抑制COPD气道炎症的作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Qingjin Changfei Drink on airway inflammation factors and pathological form of airway of chronic blocking lung disease（COPD） rats model with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods： 60 Wistar rats were ramondly divided into control group,model group,erythromycin control group and the low,medium and high dose groups of QingJin Changfei Drink,made model with tobacco,sulfur smoking combined pneumoniae cocci intranasal mothed,obsered rats of each group’s BALF inflammatory cells（macrophage,lymphocyte,acidophilia granular cell）,IL-8,MCP-1 content in serum and airway pathological form changes after treatment.Result： the low,medium and high dose groups of Qingjin Changfei Drink and the roxithromycin group could reduce the BALF IL-8,MCP-1,lower than the model group（P〈0.05）,the changes of airway pathological form were lesser.Conclusion： Qingjin Changfei Drink has certain inflammation inhibition effect on COPD rat airway.
