补阳还五汤抑制压力超负荷性心肌肥厚的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤对压力超负荷性心肌肥厚大鼠血流动力学及心肌肥厚程度的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法制作压力超负荷心肌肥厚模型。造模4周后,分为假手术组(S组),模型组(M组),依那普利组(E组)及补阳还五汤高、低剂量组(H组与L组),分别观察4、12周的血流动力学参数、心输出量(CO/BW)、心脏指数(HMI)、左心室指数(LVMI)等。结果:与S组相比,M组血压(BP),左室收缩压(LVSP)及左室舒张末压(LVEDP),HMI及LVMI明显升高,心输出量下降显著(P<0.05),LVEDP随时间变化明显。与M组相比,L组具有降低LVEDP的作用,H组仅在12周时表现明显(P<0.05);此两组还具有减低HMI、LVMI,加大心输出量的作用(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤具有降低心衰病死率,改善血流动力学,延缓心肌肥厚的作用,但量效关系不明显。Objective： To investigate inhibitory effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by pressure overload.Methods： Hypertrophic myocardium was induced by partial abdominal aortic constriction（AC） in rats.After 4 weeks,the rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group（S）,AC model group（M）,enalapril group（E）,low dose and high dose of Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment group（L and H）.The contents of the hemodynamic,CO/BW,HMI and LVMI were respectively measured after 4 and 12 weeks’ treatment.Results： BP,LVSP,LVEDP,HMI and LVMI increased and cardiac output decrease in M group compared with S group（P〈0.05）,and LVEDP increased more after 12 weeks than 4 weeks.Compared with M group,L group decreased LVEDP,and H group only played a role after 12 weeks’ treatment（P〈0.05）.In addition,Buyang Huanwu Decoction could increased cardiac output and significantly decreased the levels of HMI and LVMI after 4 and 12 weeks’ treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce mortality of heart failure,significantly improve hemodynamic status,increase cardiac output,but the dose-dependent relationship wasn’t very obvious.
