白蔹外用对疮疡模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨白蔹外用对大鼠和豚鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌(皮下注射悬液)感染制作大鼠和豚鼠疮疡模型,观察白蔹水煎液大、中、小剂量和白蔹油糊大、小剂量对大鼠和豚鼠疮疡血清溶菌酶含量及局部组织形态的影响。结果:白蔹水煎液大、中、小剂量组和白蔹油糊大、小剂量组均可显著增高血清中溶菌酶的含量(P<0.01),显著改善疮疡的症状及病理变化。结论:白蔹外用对大鼠和豚鼠疮疡均有好的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Ampelopsis external application on sores ulcers model.Methods： Establishing sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model induced by subcutaneous injection staphylococcus aureus levitation liquid,to observe the effect of high,medium,low dose of Ampelopsis decoction and high,low dose of Ampelopsis oil paste on serum lysozyme content and the local tissue morphology in sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model.Results： All the high,medium,low dose of Ampelopsis decoction and high,low dose of Ampelopsis oil paste could remarkably increase the serum lysozyme content,significantly improve the symptoms of ulcers sores and pathological changes.Conclusion： Ampelopsis external application has remarkable curative effect on sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model.
