全真一气汤对肾不纳气证COPD模型大鼠IgM及Cystatin C水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨全真一气汤对肾不纳气证慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠血清中的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及光抑素C(Cystatin C)水平的影响。方法:SO2熏吸+腺嘌呤饲料饲养复制肾不纳气证COPD大鼠模型。中药组用全真一气汤进行治疗,西药组给予氨茶碱治疗,60d后测定大鼠IgM、Cystatin C比较。结果:与模型组比较,中药组大鼠IgM含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);而Cystatin C含量4组间比较无差异。结论:全真一气汤能够调节肾不纳气证COPD大鼠免疫功能,这是该方剂对COPD治疗机制的一方面。Objective： To investigate the effect of Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction on IgM and Cystatin C in blood serum from COPD-rats model with syndrome of kidney Qi deficiency failing to control respiring Qi.Methods： Made a copy of COPD-rats model with syndrome of kidney Qi deficiency failing to control respiring Qi by SO2 smoking ＋ adenine diet.Chinese medicines group was treated with Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction,and western medicines group with aminophylline.Determined IgM and Cystatin C in blood serum on the end of the trail.Results： Compared to western medicines group and model group,content of IgM in Chinese medicines group was increased（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.but there was no difference among four groups in content of Cystatin C.Conclusion： Quanzhenyiqi Decoction can regulate immunologic function of COPD-rats model with syndrome of kidney Qi deficiency failing to control respiring Qi,that may be one of the mechanism this prescription treat COPD.
